This is not at all the strip I had planned on for today. Friday around lunch time I got the urge to try something a little different, and instead of inking strips for the next story like I should have done, I did this instead. So the story about Merunga and Vasilia’s less than ideal hunting trip will have to wait. It should have a better ending by then too.

The day this strip was done was the day after I completed the second draft of the bigger main story, so I had vampires on the brain and thought this would be a pleasant little excursion. It was also the day after I read a Mignola comic, so that was on the brain too.

‘The Sad Afterlife’ is looking to be a three-week story, if only to give myself more time to practice.
