Not the good kind of surprises, like breakfast in bed or unexpectedly finding a box of Lucky Charms when you thought there was only a single packet of instant oatmeal of a disagreeable flavor in the pantry.

The relationship triangle between Mouse, Karkle, and Chybi is going to be a lot of fun, I’m looking forward to it. There are a couple of moments I’ve in mind that I think are funny, and I hope others do as well. Comedy is a terrifying genre to write, and I’ve never tackled it head on before, and I’m still not going too, but I’ll be swinging close to it a few times coming up.
