Today is the first day of the run-up to the big day, which is Friday.  Not everything happens on Friday, but Friday is the day when it does all start to happen.  Not that nothing is happening now, stuff is happening, today, veiled threats are happening. Tomorrow, a village is terrorized for the last time.  Wednesday, someone runs away.  Thursday, a body is discovered.  Friday, you’ll have to wait and see.
