I hand’t planned on going back to plus size comics so soon, but I thought this would end up being a talky-talky week, and talky-talky in single strip segments gets old fast, not to mention all the talky-talky I plan on including gets truncated severely for space considerations. One of my favorite movies is ‘The Big Sleep,’ and when they talk in that movie, they spit out small essays on screen. That’s how I would write, if I had the space. It’s fortunate for us all that I don’t have that kind of space.

Anyway, what this is about is that I wanted a little more room to breath, for the talky-talk, and for the art, and for those reasons, you can expect this kind of thing all week.

Also, chickens, easier than horses, because at least this thing looks like a chicken.
