This was a tough week to put together, and that’s all down to poor planning. Whenever I wrap up a week I’m happy with, typically a week that was planned out in advance, I just ride that high to the following Monday, drawing first, writing second, and those strips are never as good. And those strips usually lead to a week of similar strips, which can sometimes lead to two or three weeks of those strips and then I’m stuck in a miasma of half-formed ideas and pictures with no clear way to get out of it and AAAAHHH. Frustrating as all get out.

It takes a day or three of intense concentration, which my wife confuses for napping, but it isn’t, and a solution presents itself. Today is the start of the solution.
