Waiting
Today’s title was pretty hard to come up with, and I attribute that to not having a unifying them to the three sections of today’s page. I wrote ‘strip’ there originally. I still think of these as ‘strips’ when they are now most definitely pages. Anyway, if you have any suggestions for titles, I’m all ears.
This new guy in panel one, I know what’s going to happen when we finally meet him face to face, but that meeting is a loooong ways off. I don’t even know how long. But he’ll be sticking around with the caravan for sometime. I’m sure that when we do meet him, he’ll of course have an instant infatuation with Mouse and then turn out to be dead or something, that’s a storyline I like to use a lot.
In general, I prefer the url named this way. Easier when jumping between pages.
For a page title, “wait” could be called the common theme. I’d like “shrug”, too.
There appears to be a recurring small red dot in the lower right-hand part from what I assume is your scanner.
Keep up the good work!
I think the URL depends on how I upload the file, going back to the old system won’t be a problem.
“Waiting” I think is a good title, thanks for the input! If I’d decided on it sooner I would have monkeyed with the dialog a little more, oh well, something to keep in mind for future pages.
Scanner is cleaned! There was another spot giving me trouble a couple of weeks ago. It was a big old black smudge that I edited out manually for a few days before I thought to check the scanner. This one was so small I didn’t even notice, thanks for catching that.
Aaaaaand thanks for reading! As long as people are getting something out of it, I’ll continue to work hard at it!
Wait, shouldn’t the “meal” be kinda charred by now, considering it’s lack of appropriate sun protection?
I was kind of hoping no one would bring that up. I would like to make the excuse that night has fallen, and he was running in the shade, so that now he is ok. Vaagen and sunlight is not unlike Curo and his pock marks, they show up only inconsistently.
But there’s good news! I’m slowly compiling a checklist of continuity errors such as these to go over while I’m drawing. Vaagen and the sun are the newest additions.
Assuming all the stories are happening at the same time and that Baba and Merunga are talking over a fire pit, i think its fair to assume that there is no sunlight for Vaagen.
😀
Because in Torgo, the sun is afraid of campfires?
Bam! Covered my bases! ‘Night falls in Torgo’ and then the vampire gets naked! Whew. Continuity crisis averted.
