Who’s the Unlucky Stiff?
This guy isn’t getting his own entry in the story page after all. Yeah, he may have been a jerk, but he wasn’t around long enough that I want to commemorate him in anyway. When he comes back, it’ll be a different story.

I’m guessing Nightlords are a rare breed, and perhaps Vaagen’s days are numbered – Merunga might be setting up a replacement stock to keep her caravan populated? For Humelt’s sake, let’s hope Woody doesn’t develop the powers to summon vermin to his aid before the caravan returns…
That’s pretty close, but Vaagen still has plenty of time left, just not as much as he thinks. As for the vermin, only time will tell.
As a vampire, Vaagen probably expects eternity, so anything less than that would be rather unforeseen! 🙂
Eternity is not going to happen, but the next five years are a safe bet.
oh I see! I thought it was the old man (like last time). that it was a usual kind of bargain, like, if you have nothing to trade you could still volunteer to be vampire-food. She buried Vaagen before and he couldn’t get out. So it seem she is, like, saving this one up for something…
We’ll be talking around the bargains and arrangements she makes rest of this week, and off and on coming up. If you think of Merunga as a car saleswoman, there are a variety of packages you can choose from.
